AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTRE OF LAGOS
Development of office building on 4 floors with adequate parking.
The other facilities expected to be part of the scheme are:

- Power house (Generators would be provided)

FEDERAL INLAND REVENUE HQ ABUJA
The site which is about 14,113.97 sqm is located within the Central Business District, Abuja, and is bounded by Kur Mohammed Avenue. The building occupies about 57.9% of the plot and has a footprint of about 7,100 sqm.
The works consists of three towers on a podium, a car park block, fire station, security and welcome centre.
The office spaces are accommodated on fifteen floors in three main towers. These towers are linked at the base by some communal facilities. The offices have been categorised and designed in departments as specified in the brief as open plan offices.
A Helipad has been provided at the roof level and this comes in the form of a circular platform linking all three towers and distributing directly to the escape stair and fire lift provided within the towers.
