CMP (Courtney Michael Partnership Nigeria Ltd.) is a multidisciplinary construction management & project management
practice. We offer flexible customised services to meet client’s needs across the private and public business sectors.

Michael Bigley
Director
Michael has more than 40 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked within the industry in trade and management capacities. He is the founder and Managing Director of C&M Contracts (UK) Ltd.
Courtney Duncan BSc (Hons) MBA
Director
Courtney is a qualified Civil Engineer and is a board director of C&M contracts (UK) Ltd. Courtney currently heads the estimating and business development section of the group. Courtney, has gained valuable experience from working alongside Michael Bigley in the running and development of the company.
Olakunle Salako MSc(Const. Mgt) FCIOB MRICS FAPM
Director
Olakunle is a chartered builder, surveyor & project Manager. He has over 15 years experience in construction management, project management and construction. He has been involved in many high profile jobs within the city of London, which earned him the nomination as one of the most successful Nigerian professionals in the UK. His works has been commended by the following: Parliamentary Works Directorate for the refurbishment of the Palace of Westminster, Property Agency for the Civil Estate for the refurbishment of Archway Towers, London and the Ministry of Defence for the refurbishment of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Olakunle has worked as a Project Manager with some of the largest international construction companies, including Balfour Beatty Construction Ltd, Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd & Interserve Project Services Ltd. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the company in 2007 and to the board of C&M Contracts (Southern) UK Ltd in 2010. He is responsible for all operations of the company.
Bayo Sule B.Engr, MNSE
Construction Manager
Bayo started his career with Courtney Michael as a trainee project manager and has continued to grow professionally for over a decade. He is a highly accomplished and result driven professional with 12+years of extensive experience overseeing commercial, real estate, hospitality and office developments in Nigeria, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Equipped with a track record of success on process improvement, methodologies for safe, cost effective and quality control in construction combined with effective stakeholder management to achieve project objective.
Mayowa Fajobi MNSE, R.Engr, CSPM
Construction Manager
A trained Civil Engineer whose years of experience in managing projects spans from Buildings to Road Projects and Civil Infrastructures. He is passionate in managing and engaging stakeholders, a good team player always eager to meet Customer’s demand in QA/QC processes. Joining the CMP team has motivated him in seeing Project Management Processes achievable in all Projects involved.
Michael Ayoola Lawson
Site Manager
Ayo has over 20 years of working experience in the built environment. He joined Courtney Michael Partnership Nigeria Limited in 2008 as an assistant site manager and has a trajectory in leading and delivering quality, cost-efficient, risk-managed, and on-schedule client-specific result-oriented projects since joining CMP.
Moremi Wale-Aina. B.Sc. M.Sc.
Project Manager
Moremi is a versatile Construction Project Manager, with over 7 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry. She started her career in Courtney Michael Partnership as a Project Intern and has developed quality experience over the years. Moremi is result driven and experienced in coordinating project stakeholders, contract administration, project planning, resolving conflicts and operational issues, cost/budgets control, and making strategic decisions.She has wide range of experience overseeing Residential, Commercial, Real Estate, and Hospitality developments within Nigeria.
Akuma Chigozirim R. (B.scArch)(MLArch)
Assistant Project Manager
Chigozirim is a graduate architect with 7years working experience in the construction and built environment. As an assistant project manager, she manages projects from the initiation, planning stages and all pre-negotiations stages including project documentation before execution. During project execution stage, she assists the project team with all change requests and removal of all impediments to achieve project success. Chigozirim carries out systemic and analytic approach of problem solving in projects of the organization, effectively communicating business with clients and stakeholders under the CEO’s supervision.
Ernest Mensah
Assistant Project Manager
Ernest Mensah is a builder and an Industrial Electrical Technologist with over eight (8) years proven leadership skills in managing personnel in the construction industry across several states in Nigeria. He has a strong proficiency in directing and coordinating projects, ensuring OSHA and company safety compliance, interpreting regulatory requirements, and delivering results in production. He holds a certification in Occupational Safety Health and Administration (OSHA) and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building United Kingdom (CIOB).
Osahon Elohor Itawa
Trainee Project Manager
Elohor is a fast learning, efficient and budding project manager with 4+ years of experience and proven knowledge of field performance, process development, and project planning. He began his career as a junior project manager with Courtney Michael Partnership and has consistently developed professionally over the years. He lives by the work philosophy “Results happen overtime – work hard, stay consistent, be patient.
Oche Okoh B. Eng.
Trainee Project Manager
Having started his career and has been with Courtney Michael Partnership for just under 3 years, Oche has worked within the construction industry and is experienced in Project Initiation, Design coordination and management, Quality-Cost Project Delivery, Construction management, Risk, time, and schedule management, and Collaboration with engineers and consultants in tackling contingencies that crop up during the construction process; all geared towards achieving an agreed upon project goal.

Tinuola Eniola-Balogun MA, CMgr, MIoD
Director
Tinuola has over 17 years of experience in business management, administration, customer service and human resources. Tinuola’s resourcefulness and proactive attitude, combined with effective management & communication skills aids her ability to identify and deliver a satisfactory outcome for both client and company whilst working alone and as part of a larger team. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from the University of Lagos, a Post-Graduate degree in Marketing & Management from the University of Bradford and a Master of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Portsmouth. She is accountable for the delivery of efficient and effective corporate services (finance, general operations, human resources management & development), and leads the Company’s overall operational support services. She is a chartered member of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), a certified member of the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM), a member of the Association for Project Management (APM), member of the Institute of Consulting (IC), member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), and also a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) in the United Kingdom & Nigeria. Tinuola, widely travelled, has participated in local and international training, workshops and conferences that have helped develop her competencies in service delivery.
